McCormack Pharma was established in 1983 and supports pharmaceutical R&D for Big Pharma companies across the globe. In 2014 when Microsoft discontinued support for Windows XP, the company decided to review its hardware and software. The business’ survival and growth was critically-dependent upon sophisticated digital systems.
The following day, we visited the McCormack office, reviewed the operation and advised on what hardware and software were most appropriate to the business and how we could accommodate McCormack's plans for development. We provided a comprehensive proposal for a complete overhaul that included hosted exchange email support, ongoing IT support, configuration prior to installation etc. We now manage all of the company's IT requirements and are available to provide support and advice whenever needed either in person or remotely.
